Zinc8 lawsuit - anyone know what it is about yet?

Just wondering if any shareholder has bothered to call up Ronny/Zinc8 and ask them what they are being sued for and what the amount is?  Of course, a decent company would be up front and transparenet with its shareholders and just release this information (material or non-material) so that it's shareholders or potential shareholders would be informed.

Given that Ronny boy cannot even determine a date for the installation of the company's much touted and highly anticipated demo unit a Surrey House it is not surprising that they would try and also hide that they are being sued.

Maybe Zinc8 sent out flyers offering a $1,000 tax refund for the purchase of a new car at Haley Dodge, excuse me, a new zinc air battery from Zinc8. LOL
