RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Zinc8 lawsuit - anyone know what it is about yet?Nope. I think it is a sh!t non-transparent company run by a bunch of past proven liars and scumbags and that it is nothing more than a large pump and dump scam. I have been following this scams progression since it was acquired by the scam artist in chief Jared Lazerson as part of MGX. Nothing has changed in the 3+ years since it was purchased from Teck other than millions being spent on paid promotion and hype with no working product to be found.
It is up to the company to prove me wrong. Zinc8 has no business having a market cap of $80+ million dollars as the company's real value is no more (and probably less) than the $5 or so million that MGX paid for it from Teck. Even $5 million was probably an overvaluation. The company has done nothing or produced nothing of value since that time and has no projections of produciing any real value as far as the eye can see.
