RE:RE:vote against I appreciate your comments
Zimtu saved the company - If Ronald was better at capital mkts they would not have needed Zimtu. The battery space was the hottest sector on the planet by a huge margin.
look at Nano One NANO $350M mkt cap vs ZAIR at $38M - there are problems at ZAIR so lets not stick our heads in the sand
there needs to be accountability
the new board member is the right direction but there are multiple zimtu affiliated board members
its time for Zimtu to move to the side
but no they are still getting paid and on the board
objectiveness is lacking so simply withhold your vote for the zimtu nominees
the ceo is doing a very poor job on capital markets and not much going on
the lack of news is dreadful - one of their showcase case pilots is a house in Surrey! and can't even get news out on that one
what conferences are they attending
are they updating large shareholders - I can tell you no they are not
my experience with ex government people in public companies is failure
probably has to do with no grit / lack of entrepreneurship - bureaurcrats yuk
he does not eat and breath the share price
Ron does own some stock but now would be a good time for him to buy more but a change would be the best solution
and now the proof is in the pudding
market cap and news is dismal
so who should be accountable?
