Zinc8 insider Zimtu failed to file insider sells of ZAIR ?!

The latest SEDI insider filing by Zimtu states a ZAIR share count of 7,861,736 as of December 16, 2020.

The Zimtu website states a ZAIR  share count of 6,367,361 as of August 9, 2021.

Once again a Zinc8 insider does not stick to the law and has failed to file a SEDI sell report as required by Canadian securities law!
