nineply: That is correct. Ron MacDonald does not own shares directly in Zinc8. His holding company appears to own over 1 Million shares as of the Fall of 2020. His salary also appears to be nominal as the total salary budget for Zinc8 is very small. It appears that this great Canadian is working for nominal remuneration. Why isn't he disclosing his company's holdings? What has Ronny to hide? Maybe he sold all of the shares. We don't know as he does not file insider reports as required by law.
