It owns and operates nine cultivation and processing facilities, one each in California, Illinois, Maine, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, respectively, and two in Massachusetts. Its subsidiary, Universal Hemp, LLC, distributes, markets, and sells cannabidiol products.
