Medterra news

Medterra newsof syncing up with Acreage shows that they are positioning for CBD launch of value added products, I'm guessing beverages, which they have promised.  CBD first and THC next, some say in the summertime for THC.

Canopy's beverages are doing well in Canada and beverage form of consumption is increasing all the time over less desirable smoking products.

In my mind, I see CBD beverages being the bread and butter of the cannabinoid business as consumers find their value for treatment of aches and pains, relaxation and sleep.  THC infused will be gamechangers for Big Alcohol as the barriers are removed to allow this type of product in the same venues as alcohol with a level playing field.

Less calories for your buzz while you socialize, especially if you are flirting with diabetes or obesity or just getting a little pudgey from your imbibing in calorie laden beers and liquors.  It is a no-brainer and also why Constellation Brands pumped $5 billion C to put themselves within wheel reach to drive the Canopy bus.

The pecking order for this group of stocks is Constellation STZ, Canopy Growth WEED/CGC, Acreage Holdings ACRG and also Terrascend TER as a back-up.  Acreage Holdings is at the head of the pack for US MSOs and with a triggering event will become Canopy Growth USA.

The deal that is inked with Canopy and Acreage is worth a look for acquiring Canopy shares.  3 Acreage fixednshares will get swapped out for 1 Canopy share with a triggering event and that same triggering event will launch Canopy officially in the US market and those US investors that haven't broken bad and picked up Canopy shares will come piling in as their risk factor is eliminated for the hard touch of the Feds.  That is to say that there won't be enough Canopy shares and jmho but the Canopy shares will reach old or new highs because of its recognition as a world leading International cannabinoid company.

Despite the recent beating that LPs are taking, Canopy is the world leading cannabinoid company and they are proactive and a little reactive, picking up better assets and eliminating some of their mistakes.

I'm seeing cannabinoid beverages as the winning category as legalities fall in place to get these products into the hands of consumers.

Beverages and Pharma and marijuana and hemp could fill both bills for high return revenue producers and profits.

US investors are still trading huge amounts of Canadian LPs despite the Fed rules hanging over them with their own US MSOs using all the angles to build solid companies in anticipation of descheduling.  glta and dyodd
