I wonder why HR is afraid to ask questions directly to Nick about certains costs or size of land package????.....seems thats what a logical investor would do.......he probably doesnt want anyone else to hear the answer......well some of us already have...:)

Spoke to Nick the other day and he told me 3000 people have gone to the website to watch last weeks webinar...impressive.....looks like more an more investors want to hear in from the source,not from some on this bullboard.....:)
