Analyst reports usually assume that expansion and growth is funded through traditional dilution and do not allow for joint ventures or alternate forms of fundraising. Nick has already given out hints during his interviews and webcasts on potential avenues for expansion. 

While I like the $2.10 price target, that is based on 80% dilution. Another point to ponder
