Along the way, I observed that the CEO is deceptive and has intention only to pump and dump stock's that he takes part in (not just AFI, but also HARY and I cant remember what else). That is THE BUSINESS you are buying into. There is no substantive value in this company, it's gangly towers, or the greenhouse. In fact, we now understand that the greenhouse is not an asset owned by the company but is now a liability (as the company pays to lease the greenhouse, ironically owned by the CEO himself). On that news I finally got out.
I do believe the CEO is an entrepeneur, and means well, but, unfortunately, appears to be stuggling with his own demons and will bounce for any short term gains. I hope this company (if you can call it that) finds a niche and that the CEO follows that niche through. But for now its all false hopes and deception. If that's the business you want, stick around and you might make a few bucks on the pump. If you truly want to invest in vertical farming or susitnable agricultural systems because you know that is the future (!) look elsewhere. Otherwise, you'll end up soured by the experience and no richer.
