Yes, but...All the character attacks on Nicky are clearly justified, but I think it's important that he did a mea culpa a while back and appeared sincere. This could be over already but it isn't, and it's not likely he's making money so there is no motivation to keep things going except as stated; to try and make things work. Feels like a hail mary shot, but beating him up at this point seems to be moreso past bias because he could have already started over by now. Now he's taking a job at another company just to keep things going. I could be reading it wrong, but that's what I see.
