BCSC ALLEGATIONS DISMISSED

A panel of the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) has dismissed allegations that Affinor Growers Inc. had previously made misrepresentations in two news releases in 2018. The BCSC has also dismissed allegations against Nicholas Brusatore, the company's chief executive officer, as well as the company's former chief financial officer and a former director. The BCSC's findings and its corresponding news release can be accessed on the BCSC's website.
