Is there another crop of strawberries ready to harvest?  Or was the first crop such a money loser that Nick is looking for a new scam?

Using logic, Nick must be in search of new money. Some unsuspecting whale that is unaware of Nick's past or present woe's. Someone fully in the dark that has no idea of the 10 of millions already spent to create one truckload of berries. Like someone who only gets their news from CNN or MSNBC.

He needed to grow a crop in 2022, in order to qualify for the beneficial land tax rate in the B.C. ALR.
