You seem to want to be angry anytime someone isnt wearing rose colored glasses, if you have information to share please do. Instead you attack like you cant look inward!
As for grants, anyone in the Bio sector could recieve a grant in these troublesome times.... I will just ask this. If i was the government and had X amount to give to the sector, would I give any to a company that just raised from the market? To a company that hasnt been issued patents, With no clarity on commercialization and a repurposed drug that poped on the market once Covid did.
