I don't know who Chris Temple is. I didn't know if he's been convicted of anything-you said that he's charged and imprisoned but, if that's it, he is still innocent.

what I do know is just because something is written down does not make it correct.
I also know that the mainstream media have shown themselves as unreliable.
These are the folks who, for 56 years (let that sink in) have been predicting climate doom when all these predictions turned out to be dead wrong. The Maldives have not disappeared, nor have the glaciers, there have not been famines that killed hundreds of millions, and New York was not under 20 feet of water by February 2016.

so, I would not rely on those sources for anything.
As for Algernon, what we know is that it has always had the goal of presenting as an attractive potential acquisition or licensor to big Pharma. We also know that an acquiring company looks at imputed value and share price. The greater the difference between imputedvalue value and share price value, the more attractive the target acquisition.
We also know that Algernon has substantial imputed value and that Big Pharma is in touch with Algernon.
what we don't know is exactly who, or what was discussed, For all we know, significant discussions may have already taken place but they are usually confidential.
I am stil confidently optimistic and will be patient.
