Food for thought
Taking a look at the Algernon website today. Found an interesting figure they posted from the PhRMA about trial success rates. 55% of phase ll trials succeed and 33% of successful phase ll drugs are approved. Take from that what you want.

If I recall one of the last interview, Chris said that of the ~50% trials that fail, half of them are for safety reasons. This is where to concept of repurposing is an advantage for us since we know the drug is safe and used for almost 50yrs. Glta

Yeah, that's like hydroxychloroquine and look at all the rigamarole that is going through -- but most of that is associated with Trump saying it was good and safe -- then 60% of the population automatically rejected it - even after 50 years of safe use. AGN and Ifenprodil are at least safe from that scourge.
