Should be Halted Tomorrow Here’s Why

We all know the company gets to start looking at the phase2b data tomorrow.

If not halted and the share price starts to go down people might think it means the data is bad a the stock price could crater on panic that is not based on facts.

Conversely if not halted and the price starts to go up fomo could kick in and things could once again get out of hand to the upside causing IIROC to step in and halt.

Therefore I hope the stock will be halted at request of the company just before they start to view the data.

I get where you're coming from, but it can't happen. Once it's in the board's hand, it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to even 2 months (or more depending on their workload) for review. they won't halt the stock for 2 months, let alone 2-3 days. In the middle of a PP? That's insanse.  while I'd like a halt while private information is in the hands of people

Well the company didn't make it sound like 3 weeks or 2 months. From Feb.17 news release: The database will be locked for analysis on March 5 th and the Company will update the market on the final data release shortly thereafter.

Yes. They'll update the market on data release, not the actual data. They're saying shortly after they'll give us a date/timeline for announcement. if you want to know how long it will take, check out other drugs FDA review for phase 2, specifically EUA. It's not days. It's weeks to months.
