So what's the real story here? Program acquired by US based Seylyx Inc. they have a barebone website and the domain was registered nov 16 2023. There's no people associated with this company. Is this like the Stroke company spun out :) Is this a company Chris Moreau and gang setup? If so it's incredibly deceiving and in the US the SEC would be all over them. The press release today seems misleading that they have a letter of intent to have cough program acquired
