Any news on the ongoing law suit

It seems to me that our defendant is a man of honor to whistleblow about the alledged siphoning of almost $200 million from the company.

I`ve done a bit of digging and for those that don`t know, the law suit is not against the company - rather previous directors, insiders, consultants, etc - who  "alledgedly" sold worthless fake companies to Agra through an elaborate shell company pyramid scheme, then enriched themselves with performance bonuses, loans and share hand outs.

The complex litigation is ongoing and if there is a shred of validity - and how could there not be, then Agra - not the defendant who intiated the action will be the recipient of the syphoned funds....or atleast a portion of what may be remaining for seizure.

So for the sake of argument, if the action goes in Agras favor and they recieve even 1/2 back witha TSO count of 30 million = $3.00 per share before any enterprise value is even attached to it.

Looks like a pretty good bet to this cowboy - if all my DD is accurate
