7 years ago Agra was trading under the symbol puff at .10 a share with a 58 million share float.

7 years later it's a .012 cent stock with the same 58 million share float! 

They have raised over 200 million in the last 7 years and they couldn't make a damn dime. 

Let's not forget the 200 million is gone and spent!

What could you do with 200 million dollars?

Lets not forget they were at 2 BILLION shares before they had a 150 to 1 stock reduction... which make them a MICRO PENNY stock today. I cant imagine the money they fleeced out ... well over 200 million... such a joke of a company... and you have idiots that think its a screaming buy ... scam artists at their finest.
