RE:TEX……Hope you’re ok after Fiona/Ian? Water off a Duck's back. I watched the storm develop and the experts had it headed for Florida early on. No worries, minimal surge here. Insurance is compromised by " named storms ", so you must have a good bug-out plan these days.

I could actually use the rain from a good lingering hurricane, as the drouth is sustained here, and we have missed three crop cycles. My irrigation facility is totally dried up and things are grim for all stakeholders that depend on water rights.
