BAT/Landewyck BIDDING war....TO BUY PODA?MO and BAT have been at war for years, in litigation in courts over the heat and not burn products.
Poda was dealing with BAT/LANDEWYCK and all of a sudden MO launchs a pre-emptive strike to acquire patents from Ryan and license from Poda, leaving BAT/LANDEWYCK trial period and LOI in the dirt.
This is typical of Ryan,a liar and as unloyal as you can be.
I would not be surprised to see BAT/Landewyck launch a hostile buyout of PODA at 75 cents to $ 1 per share.
This has been the nature of the battle between MO and BAT.
When it is war, it is war.
And do not be surprised by lawsuits from other investors saying price is unfair and, ratio of split is unfair.
This is far from over.
