RE:PATENTS - trademarks, license, rights all belong to PodaNew to PODA and grateful for possibly most risk-free return I've made in one day. However, this idea of symmetry amongst shareholders might be answered in #'s 7, 8 and 9 of last financials posted on SEDAR. 55MM common shares outstanding BUT at least 62K Pref Shares outstanding wiith each equivalent to 1000 shares. I haven't looked up who holders of Prefs are except to note Shelby and Krakairian (sp?) both were involved with Invictus which was listed as a primary holder and the terms in NR mention a royalty agreement> There is reference to some comings and goings of ownership of intellctual property in the financials which I presume means the original inventors own most of that royalty stream and Prefs. Just my opininion. Good luck...
