RE:Suffice to say.....All the small caps in the tech sector that I have on my watchlist or portfolio are down no matter how good they are.

The other issue with BWC is that they don't have the Definitive Agreement signed off yet.  Many investors will sit on the sidelines until then.  The DA will derisk the possibility that something could go wrong on the acquisition.

Also, BWC isn't going to do much for promo until the DA is signed.
