RE:RE:1.05 nowSeeing these sort of bids building up isn't a surprise.  We can be 99.9% sure the Exchange will approve the deal.  The worst that could happen is some tweak that causes a delay.

So consider it a closed deal.....so now what is BWC worth with no other news?  A buck sounds like a good start.  I think it will be product news that will really drive it though.
