the facility - Phase One Retrofit should be complete in August. So it doesn't seem like much will be happening of material for the next few months.
The liscence is still in the works, the macines are being installed/tested/ while the building is being retrofitted, they are in negotiations for the land to cultivate but that is phase 3 and not for a while before a seed is put in the ground.
So as the company has lots of POTENTIAL (also low overhead, tax advantages, cash, cheap land and one of the best area to grow cannabis in Canada as we have known for decades) we have to be very patient. I don' t know what current news would make this stock fly as stated before they have cash, and their machines are not ready. They shoud not even get the land now if they are to pay rent and not use it for months .
