they collected several million dollars to get assets of few hundred thousand dollars ... they own no land have no contracts just machines that can extraxt oil that has been there for months in a leased building ... any producer can buy their own machines and get their own oil. as stated before this deal (company) stinks, they have been working on 2 reverse take-overs and halted twice ... they are only taking advantage of the MJ hype but people are waking up on this type of investment ...
