RE:Apollon Acquires Intellectual Property from AionI hope a few other shareholders dig into the substance of this news release!
1. UK Apollon has approx 700 million shares outstanding.....and they are giving Aion
Regular shareholders 4.0 million shares as partial payment to give up
Our rights to these patents!
2. The Royalty as stated is 4.0% of Net Revenue!....usually royalties are paid out
based on a % of the sales of the product! Who knows what gets thrown into the pot
To to end up with a Net Revene number.....I think we should hear some more
Supporting data...to reassure Aion Shareholders...presume this was negotiated
by Graham Simmonds/Paul Crath! Aion insiders own a lot of Aion shares
so I am comfortable this should be good all around....ie for both Aion insiders
And Aion regular shareholders like the rest of us that invested for the long term!
Maybe we just need some supporting data! So we can understand what the
payback to regular shareholders will actually look like...in return for giving
up our rights to these patents!
I would encourage Aion shareholders to do their own DD....I am invested in this
project primarily because of these Cancer Patents
