I'll admit I got lucky guessing the dilution percentage, but it wasn't luck guessing one of the two outcomes. Nice press release. Shareholders just suffered a 47% dilution to acquire a money-losing operation in a completely different sector. AION was insolvent and had been insolvent for at least two years. They had to do something, so this change of control/new business is not a surprise. The upside is the acquiror business seems to be growing revenues, so it can generate cashflow in the immediate term. I guess the market never saw the value in the 'patents on cancer curing medicine' you referred to.
