Is a Shut-in well good at this point??

Texas Railroad Commission map for the two wells they did the horizontal drilling at are listed as Shut-in Oil which the TRC uses for inactive wells. This might simply mean the company is waiting on ...more

I believe that because they were disposing of the Saratoga property, they had to record a loss on all costs associated with it prior to the sale. Accounting trick to get it off the books to show we ...more

Try this reply again. I don't think there would be a hold period because this isn't an actual financing. It is just stock in lieu of cash to settle a debt.
