While I can not comment on the stock price cause that is in the hands of sellers and buyers let me update you on what we have been working on over the last 5 weeks : 1. Finish investor deck - DONE see below 2. Close financing 3. Close Portugal and Poland agreements 4. Create tech JV loi 5. Create Israel Lp 1 loi 6. Create israel LP 2 loi 7. Negotiate Cannasos deal 8. Year end audit Its about a 1000 man hours of work over 3/4 by 4 managers. So its been pretty heads down struggling to get thru it all. Deals are always extra onerous cause you never finish with what you start and stuff takes longer than planned.
