This could be just like the HC licence that was announced much earlier and UP TO THIS DATE we have NO LICIENCE.
Read this NR and how it was worded as if the licence was already received and in hand and guess what, our Drop Shop was to be opened end of August.
What date is it? And where is the so called licence and Drop Shop opening.
I strongly believe that there is lots missing here as we cannot take the written words on these NR as gospel.
