Insider sellingLet's see, their rto was done at 50-cents, the stock trades to 1.65 early last year, settles down and bases at 1.00 late in the year, and then takes off to 3.55 on heavy volume at year end, with a 1.00 private placement just closed and a larger $12.5M 1.40 private placement then open. You'd think insiders and early buyers would get liquid and jump back into the funding, right? Not so much. Insider sales are small and irrelevant here imo, and in any case new shareholders should welcome the opportunity and liquidity that offers as a new trading base is set. A bit of news here will likely surprise to the upside.
