This is indeed an outstanding growth move for this company! And, at zero dilution to shareholders!
I believe that this expansion is being developed mainly for cultivating cannabis for extraction. When you cultivate for extraction it is much less labour intensive and shorter grow times are required. The end result is a consistent product, that is very cost effective, which results in higher margins for the company. Then you add this to it's processing extraction capabilities..........
