Not feeling good about the price movement

Not feeling good about the price movementIt seems that the stock price is wanting to go under a dollar. I read a while back in the news that a lot of shares were held closely by family and employees.
So I am perplexed as to why the stock is continuing to erode downwards at a slow pace even though they are in good company with many other small companies in this sector at this time.

Can anyone one really understand the hype of last year and the continuing astronomical projections in the light of this erosion in value.

Valens has a good story but does it have the management that can transform that story into an established business that will be a strong player in years to come.

The  Valens website talks about products but are they being communicated to the shareholders. As I said on paper looks great but execution?

Any any thoughts or information known to this board would be well received or are we all in the same holding pattern?
