The Company’s investment adviser is Merk Investments LLC.

Thermo being on board makes sense for Valen. But Valen being a small company how will Thermo benefit. So that begs the question ..... what is the relationship? After getting it all set up for Valen is it possible for Thermo to then turn around and sell the technology to everyone ...... blowing away Valens advantage?

just need to get the balls rolling which will take away all the speculation as to who’s going to supply to who?
