The Company’s investment adviser is Merk Investments LLC.

Dumping stock lol

Furthest thing from reality. That BC numbered company is/was the largest shareholder of the original private company. They are, very reluctantly, selling blocks to the new 'finance powers' who will be taking this company's stock to much higher prices.....
Instead of seeing a negative, as in someone is selling, who do you think is buying these large blocks at these prices?
