The Company’s investment adviser is Merk Investments LLC.

I rarely post and only occasionally check in as many post on here are, let's say less informative than I would like.

I truely think that Valens is going in the right direction, but I will be candid, I do not know enough about the new ediable acquisition to understand how that will impact the company value. However, if the acquired unit is a profitable one and the next quarter financials are positive we will likely be in a good position.
