While I see the merits of an uplist I do not support seeing my shares reduced to one third. Retail investors that have been patient know that the share price will improve quarter over quarter and will eventually achieve any minimum requirement for listing. If it takes a little longer, so be it. To accomplish an imminent listing at the expense of the retail investor who has been supportive through the sector downturn should not be punished and shown a little more respect.

Keep in md that all things being equal (ie the positive effect of getting a Nasdaq listing concurrently with the share consolidation), the shares outstanding is reduced and the share price adjusts inversely. Really, it's a clean wash arithmetically.

But in this case, it's a huge positive all things considered. I'm sure you can list the reasons as well as I could..
