RE:RE:RE:Not in favour of a RS

RE:RE:RE:Not in favour of a RSFWIW, any experience I have had with RS is also bad.   And I suffered through one of the scenerios that Kelowna mentioned where it would have taken a 10e6 increase to break even.....sure did suck but it happens.

In the end, much of a RS is as much mental as it is arthmetic.  Personally, I like the language of the NR in which is states that a consolidation may not happen, so who knows if they pull the pin.  I also endorse the idea that the company shouldn't put the cart before the horse and let SP appreciation happen naturally...there is no rush if in fact they continue to show top and bottom line growth.

Many people believe that NASDAQ exposure will do wonders for the SP....sure many more eyes will be on it, but if VLNS continues on it's positive trend and mgmt continues to run the company like a tight ship, it won't matter if it's on NASDAQ or not.  WEED went through the roof on the TSX before it went to the big board in the US....yes a bit of a different situation with Constellation, but my point is, if you think instititions or persons with deep pockets are naive to awesome growth stories like VLNS just because it's not US based, then that would be wrong.  Liquidity is never an issue for strong companies.

Even though I know my 'value' is the same in a RS scenario, I still don't like it....maybe it's just my history with them....haha
