That's fair value according to what? The price targets? That's fairy land.

It seems to me the management has a credibility problem. The loan they took was shady, now extra dilution and warrants when at the very recent shareholders meeting they said that they had enough to get through their plan this year. It just looks like they'll have worse than anticipated financials for the next quarters. 

Imo, the best thing that could happen would be for a competent management team to buy Valens. Not great for holders at higher prices but would stop the bleeding once and for all.
