Not sure why you'd justify your interest levels of investing in a stock, based on retail level common shareholders.
$ATHR has a tight shareholder ledger. Ask is super empty. No walls up at all. Any reason to run, and it could be prime to re rate itself by multiples.
Stocks with open runway like that, tend to use it eventually!
