CBD and hemp in general will be just as big as THC if not bigger and as you told me before CBD is legal already in the US but THC is not on a federal level. And by the looks of American politics currently I dont think THC legalization is coming anytime real soon. So Scott probably sat down and said "we can't afford to wait for THC legalization so let's get skin in the CBD game before it's too late and we can worry about THC later once we know it's going to be legal. ACB cannot be invested in THC in the US so I'm sure they have a backhanded way into this deal as well.
