Look back a year or so at the shady inside company purchases made by APHA and the lawsuits over it .... APHA is still ok today. This stuff happens everywhere in the public sector get used to it. 2nd point .... settle the F down... this news release was a LOI which means "letter OF INTENT"!!!!!! You're crying about a shady deal and a deal hasn't even been done yet they are just stating they intend to make it happen... maybe something will change and you will like the actual deal. Imagine how upset you would be if you bought TSLA yesterday at $950 and watch it drop 200% since lol ... AUSA problems are minor trust me
