I re read it just to be sure... so again whether the merger goes thru or not I dont care I trust AUSA management will make the proper choices for shareholders. And if you read the answers to the questions I DO NOT at all get the feeling they are not going ahead with the merger... instead just reassuring investors they are doing proper DD BEFORE making a decision.
