Booth saddled Ausa with it's first few deals which were all horrible and in Booth's personal interest, he hired the Board, he hired Dowty and Booth and ACB, did little to support Ausa. Booth had good timing and virtually every decision he made outside of his initial timing was a complete failure. You are kidding yourself if you think Booth has any pubco IQ. As a long term ACB SH and some Ausa, Booth and littany of losers who surround him, are complete failures. Looks like Singer is just carrying the torch and even more bone head moves. AUSA's Cocoon seems to be a biz all in itself which "could" be a winner.
