I don't know guys. The issue is as much frustration with current management team and the Booth group is the only active alternative on the table right now. Booth saddled Ausa with it's first few deals which were all horrible and in Booth's personal interest, he hired the Board, he hired Dowty and Booth and ACB, did little to support Ausa. Booth had good timing and virtually every decision he made outside of his initial timing was a complete failure. You are kidding yourself if you think Booth has any pubco IQ. As

Man are you dumb. Booth turned 4b in investments into a 1B company. Ausa could drop to 8 cents and still be in better shape than what Booth achieved w Acb. Booth and his gang of fools.
