To rebutt,
  • From a performance viewpoint, AUSA may not have grown at stellar speeds but it ends up with a reasonable balance sheet and no horrific impairment write downs for rebirth.
  • Scott is gone, no more or less, your comment on his package short sighted.  Have you neglected to review Booth's severance package?
  • Shareholders should be looking for forward looking changes and the fact that DeMott is stepping up being a formidable US businessman is significant. If staff are competent and knowledgeable, which Cleve certainly is, a purge is expensive and should be avoided.
  • Terry could sell his dream?  He sold his dream to throngs of ACB shareholders who lovingly absorbed a $3 billion dollar write down. Dyck was on the Aurora Board and approved what has become a mass genocide of shareholder value. What do they know about US business anyways?
  • Folium got terminated for a reason which has not been published. Look at the wholesale pricing trends on hemp over the last two years. AUSA could have had huge impairment write downs just because of that alone.
Shareholders need to compare competency and the character of those advocating for their best interests. Perhaps you should review Aurora Sedar filings to review facts.

1) AUSA has done absoloutely nothing to enhance shareholder value over the past few years and has burned through millions of shareholder value
2) Scott D left with 4 million shares for his incompetence ( was Harry and Cleve part of this settlement LOL)
3)Terry could sell his dream and create tremendous value...the erosion of ACB value had other factors other than Terry. AUSA would be lucky to have Terry and Dr Dyck et al.
4)Current group of management of AUSAwere prepared to sell out to FOLIUM for AUSA shareholder and AUSA shareholders were to be left with a very minor position

Best to clean up current group of AUSA and start anew

IMHO...
