Harry wants to take on Terry & Co. Is Harry hiding some inapproriate behaviour at AUSA or does he actually bring value? What has he done as a current director of AUSA. The fact that Clive is still there is troubling ( These are all still Scott D's people)
Comment by CannaHemp20 on Oct 05, 2020 10:05am
Seriously?   What does inapprorpiate behaviour mean?  The sheer fact that someone eminently qualified to step up as CEO at AUSA is a significant plus.  And its Cleve, not Clive and perhaps you should review his career trajectory. Have you spoken with him to infer that he is not competent? Terry & Co v Harry and Co. Lets start with Terry & Co being the designers of ...more

Sorry for typo on Cleve 1) AUSA has done absoloutely nothing to enhance shareholder value over the past few years and has burned through millions of shareholder value 2) Scott D left with 4 million shares for his incompetence ( was Harry and Cleve part of this settlement LOL) 3)Terry could sell his dream and create tremendous value...the erosion of ACB value had other factors other than Terry ...more

Incredible dichotomy from where we were to where we are today. I recall your uncanny knack for digging out accurate information, that adding to conversations then and no doubt now.   Cannabis industry a mess to say the least however the phoenix will rise at some point. It's a shame that Terry Booth had such a fall from grace, as did other industry pioneers. Times have changed haven't ...more

Glad Cleve is stepping down, that guy is not leadership material. So happy Harry stepped up as CEO. We are finally in the right direction. MAGA!!!!!!!
Comment by Sweetsensations on Oct 05, 2020 1:46pm
that guy is not leadership material?  Do you have any data to support that?  The guy is smart, composed and confident.  a COO position in support of ceo whom has been on the board.  To me looks like he man enough to work alongside new individual with ceo title.  To me that speaks of nothing but leadership.  Both of them.  Million + shares picked up today appear ...more

Agree with SS here Kush. If anything, working with a CEO like DeMott and a board of qualified US business persons will only highlight Cleve's abilities. Matel, Pepsi...his M/A acumen, anaytical skills will be a huge compliment to the leadership team.

Kush is whacked out jeckle and hyde.  Doesnt know his ace from a glory hole in truckstop bathroom stall....which rumour is he frequents a LOT

LOL-here we go, batten down the hatches!
Comment by Purplekush on Oct 05, 2020 2:14pm
Sorry Im not an uneducated fat Trucker so we don't get your "truckstop bathroom" joke lols. Sad. CLEVE IS USELESS. HARRY IS DA MAN!! Look at the stock, it pump cuz of my man HARRY!  Just loaded the boat cuz of HARRY NOT THAT LOSER BOOTLICKER CLEVE WHO IS SCOTTS LAPDOG JUST LIKE YOU. SCOTT TANKED AUSA BY 90%, HARRY PUMPED AUSA BY 40% DAY 1. ENOUGH SAID YA BOOTLICKER
Comment by Purplekush on Oct 05, 2020 2:09pm
READ CAREFULLY, CLEVE IS NOT LEADERSHIP MATERIAL FOR CEO. MARKET PUMPED BECAUSE OF HARRY TAKING REIGN OF AUSA NOT CLEVE BEING COO. WHEN CLEVE WAS PROMOTED TO CEO THE STOCK TANKED. HARRY IS 100000000 TIMES BETTER THAN THAT CLEVE DUDE.
Comment by CannaHemp20 on Oct 05, 2020 2:13pm
Kush, your original post infered Cleve was not leadership material. In fact, he is COO as u know. All good.
Comment by Purplekush on Oct 05, 2020 2:15pm
READ CAREFULLY, I RESPONDED TO HARRY TAKING OVER CLEVE's POSITION SO OBVIOUSLY IM REFERRING TO HIS ABILITY TO LEAD AUSA AS CEO.
Comment by CannaHemp20 on Oct 05, 2020 2:18pm
...and we are in alignment.
Comment by Purplekush on Oct 05, 2020 2:34pm

Wait until you see Cocoon deals flowing, they are coming.
Comment by Franklinsing on Oct 05, 2020 6:48pm
Harry has approved all these failed transactions and seems to have been a big part of the mistakes including the Passport transaction.  Harry then paids Scott on his way out in order to move himself to the CEO position and have him vote his shares for his board.  The whole managment team is staying?  I think we need some actual change.
Comment by CannaHemp20 on Oct 05, 2020 7:09pm
Have you reviewed Harry's credentials? What makes you think that he would not be a valuable, capable contributor to AUSA? The board approved the Passport transaction which was withdrawn by Passport. Why was it a mistake?  What details of the arrangement cause you say that? Would Scott not have a contract? What good would it do to enter into protracted litigation? What is ...more
Comment by Purplekush on Oct 05, 2020 10:15pm
Harry is not the CEO nor could he had overridden Scott. Scott is gone, and Harry deserves a chance. His credentials are outstanding and is a good fit as a CEO and a leader. He has a lot of experience in the Cannabis industry. He is also an early investor of Columbia care of which was just granted a cannabis license in West Virginia. Until you name someone more qualified than Harry, dont just ...more

Yes, and in addition to what you have listed out, DeMott has strong capital markets acumen and experience.

Totally agree. Harry seems like a very, very good fit. Very pleased with this development.

The market clearly reacted well to the PR yesterday, SP up as much as 50% settling at ~30%. DeMott is a tough New Yorker capital markets entrepreneur and the decisions he has made in the early stages of the proxy contest signals he is very much into this and intends to prevail. Board members well educated and experienced in US business. It will be interesting to see if, and I mean if, he will do ...more
