- The board approved the Passport transaction which was withdrawn by Passport. Why was it a mistake? What details of the arrangement cause you say that?
- Would Scott not have a contract? What good would it do to enter into protracted litigation?
- What is specifically wrong with the management team?
I would dare you to find individuals that would come into AUSA and rebuild it with the credentials of DeMott, Cleve Tzung and the two recently added board members.
